Our textbook is The Cosmic Perspective by Bennett, 3rd ed. (ISBN: 0-8053-8762-5); it is available in the College bookstore. Note that there are other editions of Bennett out there. If you don't buy your book at the College bookstore, make sure that the one you buy is the third edition.

There is one other, required, book: Visual & Statistical Thinking: Displays of Evidence for Decision Making by Tufte (ISBN: 0-9613-9213-4). This book is also available in the College bookstore.

Note: There is a copy of Bennett on reserve in Cornell Library (ask for one at the desk; it can't leave the library).
